Ministry of Education and Culture is responsible for developing educational, scientific, cultural, sporting and youth policies, with the addition of international cooperation in these fields.
Finnish National Agency for Education is an agency under the Ministry of Education tasked with the implementation, monitoring and overseeing of the development in the educational sector. The Finnish National Agency for Education also arranges international visits as paid services. The visits consist of lectures in so much as they concern the agency’s own field and level of expertise.
The Finnish Education Evaluation Centre (FINEEC) is an independent government agency responsible for the national evaluation of education. The evaluations of FINEEC cover the education system in ist entirety, from early childhood education to higher education.
